Payment Policy.

there is a 5% surcharge on credit cards and all prices are inclusive of vat which is charged at 20%.

We Require 100% payment at time of booking.

The charges will be shown as NI CHAUFFEURS on your statements.

Cancellation and refund policy

If you cancel the booking within 48 hours from the starting time of hire, 100% of all money paid is non-refundable.

If the client fails to appear at the time and place chosen as the pick up point, all money paid is non- refundable.

Terms and conditions

A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for any online bookings.

Our waiting policy is 60 minutes after the flight has landed for all airports. non airport bookings are 15 minutes waiting. After the time has elapsed, you will be charged £10 for every 15 minutes.

Customers are held responsible for any interior or exterior damage done to the vehicle on hire to them. they will be billed accordingly for repairs and valeting.

We ask that any medical conditions are given to your chauffeur so that they can best implement your tour to suit.

Subcontracted vehicles maybe provided.

By providing your email address you permit NI CHAUFFEURS to contact you. in return we promise to never supply to a third party.

If there are extra charges including waiting time or extra miles than what was agreed the client will be charged accordingly.

At any time we reserve the right to change chauffeur or vehicle.

NI CHAUFFEURS vehicles and subcontracted are completely insured for passenger and third party claims, however the clients property are entirely at their own risk and we will not be held liable for any damage.

NI CHAUFFEURS have the right to refuse to transport any client who is understood to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whos behavior tends to pose a threat to our chauffeur or fellow clients.

Online quotations do not allow for bank or public holidays when there may be an additional charge.
